   All bookings must be confirmed online or via our app. Payment is due at the time of service or in advance via online methods.
3. Cancellations
   Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Service Guarantee
   We aim to deliver high-quality results. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours for resolution.
5. Liability
   While we take utmost care, Carvixs is not liable for pre-existing damage or damage due to undisclosed issues.
