Refund Policy

At Carvixs, we aim for customer satisfaction. Please read our refund guidelines:

  1. One-Time Wash Services

    • If a cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund will be issued.

    • No refunds for cancellations made less than 2 hours before service.

  2. Monthly Plans

    • Refunds are not provided for partially used plans.

    • You may cancel your subscription anytime; however, services already rendered will not be refunded.

  3. Service Issues

    • If you are not satisfied with the service, we’ll re-clean your vehicle free of charge.

    • If the issue persists, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund based on our assessment.

  4. Payment Disputes

    • Contact us within 7 days of the transaction for any billing issues.

  5. If everything's fine then Refunds will be credited in within 20 Days to original account.
